Tambourine has completed a comprehensive digital transformation for Settlers Hospitality, implementing a unified online ecosystem across the independent hospitality group’s nine brand websites.
The project encompassed Hawley, Penn.-based Settlers Hospitality’s portfolio of boutique hotels, restaurants, retail concepts and its corporate brand. The goal of the initiative was to create consistency in design, navigation, and storytelling while improving usability and content management across the collection, according to the company.
“Tambourine understood the heart of our brand from day one,” Barbara Toolan, director of marketing at Settlers Hospitality, said in a statement. “They captured the spirit of who we are—a boutique hotel and restaurant group dedicated to historic preservation, community engagement and creating memorable guest experiences.”
Settlers Hospitality operates a collection of independently positioned properties throughout the Pocono Mountains region. The newly launched websites span the Settlers Hospitality portfolio, including The Chestnut Inn, Gorgeous Floral, Hawley Silk Mill, Hotel Anthracite, Ledges Hotel, The Sayre Mansion, The Settlers Inn and Silver Birches.
According to Four Lauderdale-based Tambourine, the multi-site initiative focused on aligning each property’s individual character with a cohesive digital framework, allowing the group to better reflect its historic roots and lifestyle positioning while enhancing the guest journey across all digital touchpoints.
“This partnership represents everything Tambourine stands for: long-term collaboration, unified design and technology that drives commercial performance,” said Ben Davidson, vice president of strategy at Tambourine. “Settlers Hospitality is deeply rooted in its community and committed to authenticity. Our goal was to capture that sense of place while creating a seamless, high-performing user experience across every brand touchpoint.”
