Quore to unveil new training platform at The Hospitality Show

Hotel operations management-platform provider Quore will debut its next-generation Learning Management System at The Hospitality Show later this month at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

Known as Quore University, the training platform includes 12 learning paths available in multiple languages and designed for 42 job roles. After pilot testing in more than 600 hotels, Quore University will roll out this month with plans to add more languages and courses over time. The system uses gamification and certification tracking to engage hotel employees and support consistent training across properties, according to the Franklin, Tenn.-based company.

“This isn’t just another LMS—it’s a personalized learning experience for every hotel staff member, from line-level employees to management,” Drew Smith, director of training at Quore, said in a statement. “Quore University gives each user a clear path to learn independently while managers track progress and certification.”

The platform integrates LearnUpon’s branded portals with the goal of delivering an interactive experience that includes badges, leaderboards and certifications. It will launch in both English and Spanish to support broader accessibility among hotel teams.

Quore will be exhibiting its product lineup at booth #1022 at The Hospitality Show, which takes place October 26 -28.
