Tennessee Courtyard by Marriott completes renovation

The Courtyard by Marriott Chattanooga (Tenn.) Downtown has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation focused on upgraded accommodations, refreshed public spaces and modern amenities.

Owned and managed by Tampa, Fla.-based McKibbon Hospitality, the Tennessee hotel has an updated fitness center, flexible meeting space and communal areas. The four-month renovation project, led by McKibbon Places, included enhancements to all 128 guestrooms, public areas, the fitness center and additional guest amenities. The refreshed design introduces contemporary furnishings, upgraded technology and revitalized common spaces.

Located in downtown Chattanooga, the property is close to area attractions including the Tennessee Aquarium, the Tennessee River, Coolidge Park and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
