Hotel Terra Jackson Hole has completed a $6.9 million renovation, which resulted in refreshed guestrooms and suites, corridors, meeting spaces and wellness amenities.
The 132-room boutique hotel—Wyoming’s first LEED-certified property—introduced updated furnishings and finishes across accommodations ranging from studios to three-bedroom suites. The redesign emphasizes a more residential feel, with new sofas, standing lamps and decorative pillows, alongside layered lighting and a palette of earthy tones and natural textures designed to reflect the surrounding landscape.
“This renovation was designed to bring the spirit of Jackson Hole indoors,” Marguerite Veber, the newly appointed hotel manager, said in a statement. “From the art and lighting to the textures and natural materials, each element was chosen to reflect the beauty that surrounds us year-round.”
Kitchens throughout the property have been fully remodeled with new appliances and enhanced functionality. Updates include ventilation hoods above stoves, Fisher & Paykel DishDrawers, microwaves built into kitchen islands to maximize counter space and open wood shelving with integrated lighting set against rich accent walls and dark marble countertops.
Public spaces were also reimagined to reinforce the hotel’s sense of place. Corridor designs now follow a four-season concept, with each floor representing a different time of year through color, artwork and materials. Nature-inspired carpeting includes green accents and burnt-wood details referencing the fireplaces in guestrooms.
Meeting and event spaces, meanwhile, received upgrades as well. The 2,800-square-foot Murie Ballroom and adjacent rooms feature new carpeting, acoustic wall coverings and chandeliers inspired by inverted trees, with gold branches adorned in glass and crystal leaves. Wellness offerings were expanded at Chill Spa with the addition of a cold plunge tub and infrared sauna.
