Lifestyle hotel operator PM Hotel Group has been selected to manage Avila Village Inn, a boutique property in Avila Beach, Calif.
The coastal property—which will be added to the Modus Hotels by PM Hotel Group collection—recently completed a refresh its guestrooms and suites. The 48-room inn offers both king and double-queen accommodations, as well as suites with fireplaces, pull-out sofas, private outdoor hot tubs and balconies overlooking Avila Valley.

Located in the Avila Valley along California’s Central Coast, the hotel is surrounded by vineyards, golf courses and the beaches of San Luis Obispo County. Guests also have access to pet-friendly rooms, bicycle rentals and the scenic Bob Jones Trail, which runs from the property to downtown Avila Beach and the Pacific shoreline.
