Ivy Hospitality adds to portfolio with Indianapolis SpringHill

Ivy Hospitality has assumed management of the 130-room Springhill Suites by Marriott Fishers in Indianapolis. The hotel—which opened in 2007 and was last renovated in 2016—was acquired by Chicago, Ill.-based real estate firm Bradford Allen in March of 2025. The property is located some 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and is located near the Fishers Event Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

"Fishers continues to be a dynamic and highly desirable market, and we’re excited to welcome the SpringHill Suites Fishers into the Ivy Hospitality family,” Tommy Holmes, CEO of Indianapolis, Ind.-based Ivy Hospitality, said in a statement. “Our focus is always on building strong teams, supporting owners with disciplined operations, and creating an environment where both people and performance can thrive."

The property has suites with free Wi-Fi, separate living areas with pull-out sofas, iPod docks and flat-screen TVs with premium cable channels, as well as coffeemakers, minifridges and microwaves. Other features include an indoor pool, a hot tub and a gym, along with a convenience store, a business center and coin-operated laundry facilities.
