Dreamscape Hospitality takes over management of three Marriotts

Dreamscape Hospitality has expanded its portfolio assuming management of three select-service Marriott-branded hotels in Oklahoma and Louisiana.

The properties include the Residence Inn Tulsa South and SpringHill Suites Tulsa in Oklahoma, as well as the Courtyard Lafayette Airport in Louisiana. All three hotels are owned by Verge Mobile.

“Dreamscape’s hands-on approach and deep experience operating Marriott-branded hotels makes them a natural partner,” Malik Kheraj, president of Verge Mobile, said in a statement. “Their focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction supports our long-term vision for these properties.”

“These properties represent the type of high-quality, well-located Marriott assets that align naturally with our operational strengths,” said Adam Patenaude, president of McKinney, Texas-based Dreamscape Hospitality.

Residence Inn Tulsa South comprises 90 extended-stay suites, while the nearby SpringHill Suites Tulsa offers 76 suites targeting both business and leisure travelers. In Louisiana, the 89-room Courtyard Lafayette Airport is located near Lafayette Regional Airport and includes an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, airport shuttle service and on-site dining.
