Aimbridge Hospitality has taken over management of two Wyndham Alltra resorts in the Dominican Republic, adding to the company’s newly-launched All-Inclusive division.
The Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana—owned by Advanced Asset Management—and Wyndham Alltra Samaná—owned by Casa Marina Samaná, S.A.S.—are now overseen by Dallas-based Aimbridge. Both properties began extensive renovations in 2024 to update accommodations, dining and amenities.
“We are proud to partner with Advanced Asset Management and Casa Marina Samaná in the operation of these two all-inclusive resorts,” Craig Smith, CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality, said in a statement. “This agreement underscores our mutual focus on high-performing assets and the increasing appeal of the all-inclusive model.”
“Operating all-inclusive resorts in this region requires operational expertise, commercial strategies and brand alignment. We are confident that Aimbridge is the right choice,” said Carlos Ruiz, chief investment officer of Advanced Asset Management.
The Punta Cana property includes 47 acres with 620 rooms, a 1,600-meter pool, nine restaurants and a full-service spa. The Samaná resort, meanwhile, offers 404 rooms, bungalows and suites, along with five dining venues, four pools and access to nearby natural preserves and beaches.
Aimbridge launched its All-Inclusive division in August to capture growth in the sector.
