Vinarosa Resort & Spa joins Preferred Hotels & Resorts Lifestyle Collection

Vinarosa Resort & Spa has joined Preferred Hotels & Resorts as part of its Lifestyle Collection, expanding the brand’s portfolio of independent properties.

Located in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley, the 92-acre resort includes 78 rooms and suites. The California property—recently repositioned and rebranded—is owned and was developed by Long Beach, Calif.-based Ensemble Hospitality.

“As a flagship Ensemble property, Vinarosa Resort & Spa embodies an effortless blend of understated sophistication, modern elegance and wine country charm,” Kristi Allen, EVP, hotels, Ensemble, said in a statement. “Joining the Lifestyle Collection allows Vinarosa to reach an expanded audience of sophisticated travelers seeking immersive wellness, serene luxury and an elevated culinary experience.”

“Vinarosa Resort & Spa offers a wine country escape where guests can engage with culinary, wellness and destination-driven experiences,” added general manager Michael Collins.

Accommodations have private patios, soaking tubs, fireplaces and vineyard views. Outdoor amenities include walking paths, a pool and cabana deck. Food and beverage outlets include the signature restaurant John Ash, which sources ingredients from onsite gardens and the estate vineyard, as well as a lounge and lobby café concept.

Programming includes wine tastings, vineyard picnics and blending sessions. The property also has a spa with hydrothermal features, yoga programming, a fitness center and indoor and outdoor event space.
