Prime Investment Properties closes sale of Wyoming Rodeway Inn

The Rodeway Inn Buffalo in Wyoming has been sold in a deal facilitated by Prime Investment Properties.

Positioned as a budget-friendly lodging option, the Rodeway Inn Buffalo has demonstrated steady performance supported by durable regional demand fundamentals, according to the Castle Rock, Colo.-based brokerage and advisory firm, which is also a member of Hotel Brokers International. 

The property is close to major tourist destinations, including Yellowstone National Park and Mount Rushmore, as well as outdoor recreation opportunities in the nearby Bighorn Mountains. The limited-service hotel has 27 guestrooms and an outdoor pool.
