Omni Hotels & Resorts unveiled a brand-wide lifestyle partnership with Peter Millar, marking the company’s first designer collaboration across its portfolio and the apparel brand’s entry into hospitality.
The partnership will introduce Peter Millar–branded suites at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., and Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa in Frisco, Texas. The suites are scheduled to debut in April 2026 and will incorporate design elements and amenities reflective of the brand’s aesthetic.
“We’re very excited to partner with Omni, which we saw as a natural fit based on our shared values and aesthetics,” Paul Nugent, chief marketing officer at Peter Millar, said in a statement. “It’s an opportunity to express our brand vision beyond our traditional scope and to further our impact in our home city of Raleigh.”
“This partnership reflects the union of two brands built on heritage, quality and timeless style,” said Michael Innocentin, chief marketing officer at Dallas-based Omni Hotels & Resorts. “Together, we’re bringing new inspiration to the guest experience, grounded in our shared commitment to thoughtful design, refined comfort and authentic hospitality.”
The suites will feature custom furnishings and branded elements, including cashmere blankets, robes and golf bags, as well as design details such as plaid-patterned pool table felt and wallcoverings with chrome accents. In-room amenities will include coffee machines with a proprietary blend from Black & White Coffee Roasters, along with curated music selections and audio equipment.
According to Omni, the design approach will vary by location, with the La Costa property reflecting coastal California influences and the Frisco resort incorporating a contemporary Texas aesthetic.
The partnership will also extend to food and beverage with the planned debut of a Peter Millar Coffee Shop at the forthcoming Omni Raleigh Hotel. Scheduled to open in late 2028, the outlet will feature a custom coffee blend developed with Raleigh-based Black & White Coffee Roasters.
