The Hampton Inn by Hilton in Port Huron, Mich., has changed hands, with hospitality real estate investment advisor Alpine Realty Capital representing the owner in the sale. Further details were not disclosed.
Alpine leveraged the Hotel Brokers International marketing platform and its website www.hbihotels.com to reach buyers from across the country, securing “numerous offers” despite revenue variability in 2025 resulting from the property’s location along the U.S.-Canadian border.
“Port Huron has historically been a consistently strong market due to the presence of international companies and the Blue Water Bridge International Border Crossing,” Ed Walsh, president of Alpine Realty Capital, said in a statement. “Despite numerous disruptions as a result of tariff and trade policy during the marketing period, we were able to secure numerous offers and guide the buyer and seller to a successful closing,” continued Walsh.
