The 63-room Country Inn & Suites in the area around Des Moines, Iowa, was sold in a deal facilitated by Marcus & Millichap.
Built in 1996, the Country Inn & Suites Ankeny is situated on 1.49 acres on Tones Drive with direct access to Interstate 35. The Iowa property is adjacent to Ankeny Regional Airport and is near major employers including John Deere, Casey’s General Stores headquarters and Tone’s Spices.
Jon Ruzicka, senior managing director investments, Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
