Clarendon Hotel Corp. has sold The Best Western Plus in Clarendon, Texas, in a deal facilitated by Marcus & Millichap.
The 49-room property was acquired by RP & Sons, Jay and Prince Patel. Built in 2004, the property has a business center, indoor pool, fitness center and meeting space. The three-story hotel is close to the Amarillo metropolitan area and takes up 2.49 acres on 2nd St. along U.S. Highway 287.
Gordon Allred and Chris Gomes—investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Inland Empire and Dallas offices in California and Texas, respectively—had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of Clarendon Hotel Corporation and procured the buyer. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
