Kabani Hotel Group sells the Inn at Boynton Beach for $8.1M

Kabani Hotel Group has sold the Inn at Boynton Beach, a 102-room, interior-corridor hotel located at 480 W Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach, Fla. The property sold for $8.1 million representing a price per key of $79,412 and a room revenue multiple of 4.78x. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed. The property was ultimately acquired by the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency.

The transaction was exclusively listed and brokered by Suraj Dalal, partner at Kabani Hotel Group, alongside Ahmed Kabani, the firm’s CEO and founder.

“Understanding the Live Local Act was key to helping buyers see the true potential of this property," Dalal said in a statement. "We had to think beyond the traditional hotel-buyer pool to maximize value here. In today’s market, where hotel demand isn’t as strong, we’re leveraging our network of multifamily, assisted living and, alternative-use investors to unlock value for hotel owners. It is a common theme we are seeing here in 2025 which has resulted in us driving both higher pricing and quicker closings for our clients."

The property was ultimately acquired by the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, which is dedicated to reinvestment and economic revitalization within the city’s urban core. The Kabani team participated in multiple CRA board meetings to structure agreeable terms and leveraged competing offers to achieve optimal pricing for the seller.

“This transaction reflects our team’s ability to position underperforming assets to attract multiple buyer types and deliver strong outcomes for ownership,” said Kabani. “The CRA recognized the long-term potential of this location, and we are proud to have facilitated a successful result for both parties.”
