The Rodeway Inn Kissimmee Maingate West in Florida has been sold for $5.5 million in a deal closed by Kabani Hotel Group. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.

The hotel is located along the US-192 tourism corridor in Kissimmee, Fla., and close to Walt Disney World. Kabani Hotel Group founder and CEO Ahmed Kabani and partner Suraj Dalal exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.

According to the Miami-based company, the sale attracted significant investor interest throughout the marketing process, driven by the property’s combination of strong in-place cash flow, proximity to Walt Disney World, and large 3.25-acre site within one of Central Florida’s most heavily visited tourism corridors. The company— which used SBA 7(a) financing to close the deal—added that the sale of the hotel generated 18 offers.

“Investor demand for hospitality assets near Disney and along the US-192 corridor continues to remain highly competitive, especially for opportunities offering scale, strong in-place cash flow and below replacement cost basis,” Ahmed Kabani, founder and CEO of Kabani Hotel Group, said in a statement. “This transaction generated substantial buyer interest due to the combination of cash flow, scale, and the underlying real estate value associated with a large land parcel near Disney.”
