Kabani Hotel Group brokers sale of Delta in West Palm Beach

Following a repositioning, the Delta Hotels by Marriott West Palm Beach has been sold in an off-market deal facilitated by Kabani Hotel Group.

Originally acquired two years ago as a Holiday Inn, the 199-room Florida hotel underwent a comprehensive renovation and brand conversion. The repositioning was completed without suspending operations, allowing the property to remain open and generate revenue throughout the renovation period.

The hotel—which was acquired for an undisclosed price by a Canadian group operating as Palm Holdings—is currently in its ramp-up phase under the Delta by Marriott brand. The transaction was brokered by Suraj Dalal, partner at Miami-based Kabani Hotel Group, alongside founder and CEO Ahmed Kabani, marking the firm’s second closing of 2026.

“Maintaining strict confidentiality for ownership was critical throughout the process,” Dalal said in a statement. “The buyer acquired the property all cash, continuing the trend we’re seeing of strong international demand for well-located Florida hotels.”

“This transaction underscores the importance of active, direct engagement with hotel owners in today’s market. The buyer recognized the long-term value of the location and the strength of the Marriott platform,” added Kabani.
