Hunter Hotel Advisors brokered the sale of two Marriott-branded hotels in Dallas: the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Medical/Market Center and the Courtyard Dallas Medical/Market Center. Both properties were sold on behalf of the same institutional seller, with two affiliated local buyer groups acquiring the assets. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
Hunter’s Kami Burnette, senior vice president, and Mason McDavid, vice president, led the transactions from the firm’s Austin office.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites has 116 rooms and was built in 1995 and renovated in 2013. The Courtyard has 184 rooms and was built in 1990 and renovated in 2016. The buyer plans to reposition the refreshed hotels following required renovations.
