The 136-guestroom Homewood Suites Hartford South-Glastonbury has been sold in a deal facilitated by HREC Investment Advisors.
The hotel is in Glastonbury, Conn., south of downtown and near demand drivers such as Pratt & Whitney’s global headquarters, the RTX (Raytheon) Technology Research Center, the Connecticut State Capitol, Trinity College and leading corporations concentrated in the region’s Aerospace Alley.
HREC Investment Advisors exclusively represented the seller on this transaction. The marketing and negotiations were led by Jim O’Connell, principal and Connecticut Broker on Record, Boston; Joe O’Loughlin, SVP, capital markets, Boston; and George Davis, senior associate, Denver.
“The property performed extremely well after the completion of an extensive Product Improvement Plan. New ownership will benefit from a sharp upward ramp,” O’Connell said in a statement.
