Finvarb Group sold the Courtyard by Marriott Palm Beach Jupiter, Fla., to Umbrella Point Holdings for an undisclosed price. Robert Taylor, executive vice president at Hunter Hotel Advisors, and Sophia Pittaluga, senior vice president Hunter Hotel Advisors, facilitated the transaction.
Located off I-95, the 128-room Courtyard by Marriott Palm Beach Jupiter is across from Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, a professional baseball complex with spring training and minor-league facilities for both the Florida Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals. Public spaces include an outdoor pool, fitness center and on-site dining experience.
The new buyer plans to renovate the property and retain Marriott International as management company.
