Fidelity Management, HD Companies acquire Savannah Holiday Inn

Fidelity Management Group and HD Companies, both Savannah-based real estate companies, together acquired the Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District from Miami-based Key International. Transaction details, including the price, are undisclosed.

The Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District, nestled in the heart of one of the nation's most celebrated historic cities, offers an exceptional blend of modern convenience and Southern charm. Located just steps from Savannah’s iconic River Street and other historic attractions, the hotel is a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers.

Fidelity Management Group and HD Companies bring extensive experience and a deep understanding of the Savannah market to this venture, according to the companies. Fidelity Management Group has a reputation for its successful real estate investments and community-focused developments, while HD Companies is known for its innovative approach to property renovations and development.

The Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District has 127 guestrooms. There is a rooftop pool with city views, a fitness center and versatile meeting spaces. Additionally, The Meeting Room Restaurant & Bar serves a curated selection of Southern-inspired dishes.
