Digney Holding, the Delaware-based parent organization of Digney York Associates, has expanded its corporate structure to include EIS Hospitality.
The reorganization brings both companies under common ownership and governance while maintaining their separate operations, leadership teams and client bases. As part of the change, Tom Kelley has been named CEO and president of Digney Holding. He will oversee overall strategy, operations and capital allocation for the combined organization. Ownership of Digney Holding remains unchanged.
“Digney Holding strengthens what each company already does best,” Kelley said in a statement. “Digney York will continue focusing on full-service and luxury hotel renovations, while EIS remains dedicated to millwork and case goods solutions for limited-service and extended-stay brands.”
Digney York Associates has completed projects across multiple hotel brands and sectors, including renovations, public space work, exterior upgrades and some ground-up development. The company reports more than $2 billion in completed construction projects over its history.
