Brightpath Hospitality purchased the Hampton Inn Fishkill, a recently renovated 98-guestroom hotel in Fishkill, N.Y. for an undisclosed sum from River Link Hotels. Cherko Fusco Realty announced the sale.
Built in 1998, the four-story Hampton Inn has 98 guestrooms and recently completed a renovation, providing the new owner with an updated Hilton-branded asset in the Hudson Valley lodging market.
The property benefits from strong accessibility and a diverse mix of leisure and transient demand. Nearby attractions include Beacon, Dia Beacon, Hudson Highlands State Park, Dutchess Stadium and Stewart International Airport.
“Fishkill is a market we have always viewed favorably because it isn't dependent on any single demand generator,” Bryce Cherko, principal of Cherko Fusco Realty, said in a statement. “The hotel benefits from its accessibility along I-84 and Route 9 while drawing visitors from throughout the Hudson Valley. Between Beacon, the area's outdoor recreation, sports tourism and its proximity to Stewart International Airport, there are a number of reasons travelers visit this corridor. Combined with a recently renovated Hampton Inn, we believe Brightpath Hospitality is acquiring a well-positioned asset.”
