AAM 15 Management has purchased the 125-key Home2 Suites Tampa Brandon in a deal facilitated by Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality.
Kyle Sahlsten, associate director of New York, N.Y.-based Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality, completed the sale of the Tampa hotel on behalf of the seller, a related company of Sarasota, Fla.-based Floridays Development Co. Built in 2018, the hotel features institutional quality, concrete-block construction and includes an outdoor pool, complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, a business center and digital key access.
The deal for the property closed on February 12 and represents AAM 15’s third acquisition in Florida and the Burlington, Mass.-based company’s portfolio now totals 1,952 keys and 14 properties.
"We are excited about the opportunity to acquire the market leader at an attractive cap rate in a top 5 hospitality and office market in the country. The hotel consistently ranks #1 in Occupancy and Average Daily Rate in its submarket," David R. Masse, CEO & founder, AAM 15 Management, said in a statement.
