The AmericInn by Wyndham in Petoskey, Mich., has been sold in a deal brokered by Alpine Realty Capital, which represented the seller.

Alpine Realty Capital—a member of Hotel Brokers International (HBI)—received a signed purchase agreement some three weeks after bringing the property to market. Located off Route 31 within two miles of Lake Michigan, the hotel has an indoor pool & spa as well as meeting space.

“Northern Michigan continues to deliver compelling investment opportunities due to its robust peak-season performance and growing off-season demand,” Ed Walsh, president of Alpine Realty Capital, said in a statement. “Petoskey, in particular, remains one of the region’s most desirable markets. This, combined with HBI’s marketing strength, drove a swift and successful transaction.”

Alpine Realty leveraged the Hotel Brokers International marketing platform and its website to reach qualified buyers nationwide, according to the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based brokerage firm.
