3H Group has acquired the Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore in Tampa, Fla. Other details and terms were not disclosed. LBA Hospitality will manage the property. 3H and LBA formed a strategic alliance in 2021 for expansion.

The Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore is near the Tampa International Airport and the Raymond James Stadium.
The hotel has: spacious guestrooms; an onsite bar; adaptable event spaces; a variety of dining options; complimentary daily breakfast.
