One hundred Sonesta International Hotels properties have adopted Visual Matrix's property-management system, marking a key milestone in the companies’ preferred technology partnership.
Since being named one of Sonesta’s preferred PMS providers, Visual Matrix has expanded rapidly across the brand’s portfolio, serving hotels across all service tiers, from economy and select-service to extended-stay and full-service properties.

Visual Matrix provides property-management, housekeeping and maintenance tools designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency. The company supports integrations with Sonesta’s SynXis CRS and its MOP operations platform, while maintaining compliance with PCI-DSS, CCPA, and SOC 2 standards.
