Stayntouch and Namastay have integrated their hotel property-management system and direct-booking engine platforms in an effort to have reservations, rates and guest data move between the systems in real time.
The integration connects Namastay’s direct-booking engine with Bethesda, Md.-based Stayntouch’s cloud-based PMS, enabling reservations made through a hotel’s website to flow directly into the PMS without manual data entry. The booking engine supports mobile bookings, digital wallets, buy-now-pay-later options and major credit cards. The companies said the platform was developed to meet PCI DSS and GDPR standards.
The integration has been launched at Zoku—a hybrid hospitality brand with properties in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna. The company is among the first Stayntouch customers to deploy Paris-based Namastay’s booking engine.
“Direct bookings work best when the technology behind them is invisible to the guest and effortless for the hotel,” Frédéric Robles, co-founder & CEO, Namastay, said in a statement. “Our integration with Stayntouch removes operational complexity, allowing hotel teams to focus on their guests instead of their systems and that’s exactly the experience we want every hotel on Namastay to have.”
“Namastay's approach to direct booking is a natural fit for the independent and boutique hotels we serve every day,” added Reid Webster, vp of partnerships & strategic growth at Stayntouch.
