Stayntouch launches unified Guest Messaging platform

Cloud-based PMS provider Stayntouch launches its new AI-powered guest messaging tool at ITB Berlin. Embedded directly within the Stayntouch PMS, the new Guest Messaging solution builds on a platform that helps hotels achieve up to 70 percent greater operational efficiency while strengthening guest engagement, according to the company.

The new system is designed to centralize communication, automate routine requests and enable incremental revenue generation from a single hub connected to live reservations and guest activity. The tool also enables hotel teams to manage inquiries, check-ins and check-outs, reservation changes, payments and add-ons without leaving the PMS.

Powered by AI, the platform automates responses and workflows for common guest needs such as room details, check-in instructions, housekeeping requests, invoices and service add-ons, reducing manual processes and eliminating system switching. Guests can communicate across SMS, WhatsApp, Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb from a single interface, with real-time language translation and seamless transitions between AI-powered responses and live staff support. 

By automating up to 95 percent of guest requests and inquiries, Stayntouch Guest Messaging saves more than 15 minutes per booking freeing staff to focus on higher-value interactions while enhancing the overall guest experience.
