Remington Hospitality selects Innspire for Grand Cayman hotel

Remington Hospitality has deployed Innspire’s AI-powered guest engagement platform at ONE | GT in Grand Cayman, a Hilton partner hotel and the only Small Luxury Hotels of the World property in the Cayman Islands.

The deployment marks Stockhold, Sweden-based Innspire's first installation at a luxury boutique hotel in George Town. Located in George Town's downtown business district, ONE | GT is an all-suite hotel offering accommodations with full kitchens, separate living areas and private balconies or patios.

“Innspire's platform allows us to deliver the convenience, personalization and responsiveness today's travelers expect while providing our teams with powerful tools that enhance service delivery behind the scenes,” Seahn Lobb-Barrera, senior director of global operations IT systems and transitions at Dallas-based Remington Hospitality, said in a statement.

“Our partnership with Innspire allows us to combine the warmth of Caymanian hospitality with technology that helps us better anticipate guest needs, streamline service and create a more connected experience from arrival to departure,” added Andrew Barlow, general manager of ONE | GT.

The implementation includes Innspire's AI Concierge, AI Task Manager and branded mobile app platform, all of which are designed to provide AI-enabled guest communications, operational workflow automation and mobile guest services. The platform integrates with Oracle OPERA Cloud property management, Oracle Simphony point-of-sale, Alice guest request management and OpenTable dining reservations.

In addition, the AI Concierge gives guests 24-hour assistance through SMS, WhatsApp and in-app messaging for requests such as dining information, transportation, amenities and local recommendations. The platform supports multiple languages and can escalate requests to hotel staff when necessary.
