Regulus Collective, WeBee partner for U.S. expansion

Regulus Collective, through its technology and innovation arm Regulus Labs, is forming a strategic partnership with hospitality technology company WeBee to support WeBee’s entry into the U.S. market. WeBee currently supports more than 200 hotels worldwide, including global hotel chains, local chains and individual city and resort hotels across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

The partnership will make Regulus Labs WeBee’s strategic platform partner for U.S. development, combining Regulus’ hospitality investment and advisory infrastructure with WeBee’s guest-experience, operation-management and AI technologies. As opposed to a standard vendor partnership, the collaboration will be built around market architecture, aligning positioning, network access and long-term value creation within the U.S. hospitality sector.

WeBee’s platform enables real-time communication, personalized offers, multilingual messaging (auto-translation) and coordinated back-of-house operations. The technology is designed to be practical and accessible for both guests and hotel staff as well as scalable and measurable.

As WeBee’s U.S. platform partner, Regulus Labs will focus on four core areas:

  • Structuring market entry and commercial positioning to align WeBee with the right ownership groups, operators, and asset strategies
  • Activating high quality distribution channels through Regulus’ network of investors, developers and hospitality platforms
  • Embedding technology within real operating environments, ensuring integration at both brand and asset level across Regulus led and advised portfolios
  • Building long term enterprise value through strategic partnerships, and alignment with future hospitality development pipelines

“Our work with WeBee is about showing what a technology-native hospitality infrastructure can look like in practice,” Deniz Dorbek, founder and CEO of Regulus Collective, said in a statement.

“WeBee helps hotels improve guest experience, unlock incremental revenue, and reduce operational friction without adding unnecessary complexity,” said Ozgur Zan, co-founder & CEO of WeBee. “The U.S. market is a major opportunity for us, and Regulus brings the strategic access and operating perspective needed to scale it effectively.”

Looking ahead, Regulus Labs and WeBee expect to explore deeper collaboration, including co-developing next-generation hospitality technologies, advancing AI-driven solutions and embedding digital infrastructure directly into new hospitality concepts.
