Hospitality tech company Maestro PMS has appointed Adam Wilson president of the Fullsteam PMS Vertical, with a primary focus on advancing the Maestro platform.

In his new role, Wilson will work with the Maestro team to enhance the platform’s usability, expand its integration ecosystem, and deliver greater value to hotel operators navigating an increasingly data-driven and experience-focused landscape.

“Our focus moving forward is simple: to make Maestro PMS even easier to learn, easier to use, and more powerful for our customers,” Wilson said in a statement. “By investing in seamless integrations and gaining deeper insight into the guest journey through data and AI, we can help properties deliver exceptional experiences while improving profitability.”

Wilson’s immediate priorities include refreshing the user experience, accelerating plug-and-play integrations with leading technology partners and embedding AI-driven insights to better understand guest behavior and preferences.

“Hospitality is ultimately about delivering memorable guest experiences,” Wilson said. “My goal is to ensure our technology helps customers connect every part of that journey—from operations to revenue—so they can create seamless, high-impact stays. We also want our customers to feel confident relying on us for service, support and forward-looking strategies that help their properties grow and remain profitable.”

Background

Before joining Fullsteam, Wilson held leadership roles at Jonas Hospitality. His background includes leadership roles in hospitality technology as well as hands-on experience as a restaurant owner. He expects this to bring a uniquely customer-centric perspective to the role, from optimizing lifecycle management to embedding accountability through metrics and performance frameworks.

In addition to spearheading Maestro, Wilson will also supervise Fullsteam’s RDP, Megasys and IQware property-management solutions that collectively serve a broad range of hospitality segments. Each solution will continue to operate independently while benefiting from shared innovation and strategic alignment.

Wilson is based in Toronto and will maintain a hybrid presence, including time at Maestro offices to work closely with teams and customers.
