Intelity unveils rebrand, GEMS 2.0 and AI Concierge to platform

Intelity has revealed a company rebrand along with the launch of the next generation of its Guest Experience Management system, and AI Concierge, the first product in its new Nexus AI platform.

GEMS 2.0 serves as the central hub of Intelity’s technology platform, integrating property management, point-of-sale, ticketing and IoT systems to streamline hotel operations. The system includes real-time analytics, customizable dashboards and predictive workflows aimed at reducing complexity while supporting personalized service.

AI Concierge, meanwhile, combines natural language capabilities with guest profile data to provide recommendations, automate service requests and support real-time upsell opportunities across multiple channels. As part of the Nexus AI platform, the tool is designed to unify guest and operational data to support future AI-driven applications.

Intelity’s platform also includes mobile check-in, digital keys, smart-room tablets, guest messaging and dining integrations, and is currently in use at luxury hotels, casinos and boutique properties worldwide.
