Hotel technology provider Innspire deployed its digital guest-engagement platform at The Statler Hotel at Cornell University.
The newly added platform is designed to bring mobile guest services, AI-powered concierge capabilities and integrated hotel operations technology at the property, which is in Ithaca, N.Y. The Statler Hotel is operated by Cornell University Nolan School of Hotel Administration and functions as a teaching hotel for hospitality students.
According to the Stockholm-based company, the deployment includes integration with the hotel’s PMS and service optimization platform, enabling guest requests, operational workflows and in-room dining orders to be managed through a unified system.
“Our focus has always been on delivering exceptional, personalized service and Innspire’s platform has become a powerful enabler of that mission,” Arthur Keith, general manager of The Statler Hotel at Cornell University, said in a statement. “By centralizing guest requests and automating routine interactions through the mobile app and AI Concierge, we’re improving response times while reducing operational friction. Our associates can spend less time managing systems and more time engaging directly with guests.”
The companies said the AI Concierge currently manages 66.7 percent of guest messaging interactions. Additional features include mobile check-in and mobile in-room dining ordering.
