Hyatt, Groups360 to launch instant group booking capability in 2026

Groups360 has forged an agreement with Hyatt Hotels Corp. to introduce instant online group booking capabilities across the brand’s properties globally through the GroupSync Marketplace.

The integration—expected to go live in early 2026—aims to help meeting planners view real-time room and meeting-space rates and availability. Through a direct connection between GroupSync and Hyatt’s internal systems, organizers can book guestrooms, event spaces, catering and audiovisual services in a single online transaction. For larger or more complex events, planners will retain the option to send an RFP via GroupSync’s streamlined process.

“As one of the leaders in the hotel industry putting this technology into widespread practice, we are meeting event planners where they are in this evolving industry,” Steve Enselein, SVP, events, Hyatt, said in a statement. “We are demonstrating our commitment to their needs and to the success of their events by offering our Together by Hyatt platform. By offering instant group booking through GroupSync, we will equip planners with the instant insight and flexibility they need to tailor the ideal stay experience for each group.”

Currently, planners can access select Hyatt properties on GroupSync for RFP submissions. Starting in early 2026, participating hotels will also offer instant online booking, expanding GroupSync’s instant-book inventory to more destinations worldwide. With the addition of Hyatt, meeting and event organizers will gain more options for real-time booking through GroupSync across 32,000 cities, including the world’s top 50 group travel destinations, according to the Nashville, Tenn.-based company.
