Hotel Tech Report has named its Best Hotel Tech Apps of 2026, based on product reviews from verified hoteliers at leading hotel companies.
Among the 2026 Operations Tech Winners, Mews property-management system, Cloudbeds hotel-management software, Alice Guest Services by Actabl and Canary AI Voice were highly ranked by a number of hoteliers. In the revenue-management category, SiteMinder (The Channel Manager), Lighthouse (Rate Insight) and Lighthouse (Business Intelligence) were among the honorees.
For the guest-experience technology, two Canary platforms (Messages and Contactless Check-In) were recognized by more than 2,000 hoteliers, while the SuitePad in-room hotel tablets were also highly rated. In marketing technology, SiteMinder Booking Engine, SiteMinder Demand Plus, SiteMinder Website Builder and Asksuite AI Reservation Assistant were among the top-rated platforms.
The list also recognized technology for meetings and events, food and beverage, HR and staffing and vacation rentals.
