FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Battle Creek, Mich., has signed a deal with Intelity as part of the hotel’s multimillion-dollar expansion, which will add a new eight-story tower to the property.
“We know our guests are looking for mobile check-in and enhanced on-demand services,” FireKeepers VP of Marketing Jim Wise said in a statement. “As we invest in expanding our award-winning hotel, we also wanted to invest in technology that dramatically exceeds guests’ expectations—Intelity helps drive that result.”
FireKeepers will use Intelity’s platform to streamline operations and create a frictionless guest experience across the property. Through the platform, guests will have access to a branded mobile app, which offers mobile check-in, mobile key, and the ability to request amenities, book reservations, view current promotions and communicate with staff. Guestrooms will feature in-room tablets that function as a digital compendium and offer access to the property’s amenities and services as well as in-room dining, hotel promotions, retail offerings and more.
