EOS Hospitality has selected ShareIt Online to support its group sales strategy and group lead-sharing efforts across the management firm’s hotel portfolio.
According to Tempe, Ariz.-based technology provider Interactive Sites, the platform enables hotels within the EOS portfolio to share group leads when an individual property is unable to accommodate a request, allowing another EOS-affiliated hotel to pursue the business opportunity.
EOS Hospitality said its clustering strategy of hotels with complementary guest profiles and destinations was a factor in adopting the platform. The New York-based company cited goals that include retaining more group business within the portfolio, increasing conversion rates on qualified leads, improving response times and generating incremental revenue.

The ShareIt Online platform is designed to provides EOS sales teams with tools to share leads across properties, monitor lead status, track performance and conversion data and support referral-based sales incentives.
