Duetto has acquired FLYR Hospitality, a provider of automated revenue management and business intelligence solutions for hotels, expanding its revenue & profit operating system with additional AI-driven pricing, analytics and automation capabilities.
The acquisition brings FLYR Hospitality's revenue strategy platform, business intelligence tools and AI technology into Duetto's portfolio, which already includes revenue management, group business, AI-powered insights and profitability benchmarking through HotStats, acquired by Duetto in 2025.
According to Duetto, the acquisition was driven by both technology and talent. FLYR Hospitality's pricing engine models multiple demand scenarios, continuously improves through reinforcement learning and updates pricing in real time. Its business intelligence platform enables hotel operators to ask questions in plain language and receive direct answers without navigating traditional dashboards.
Duetto said the addition of FLYR Hospitality's technology, combined with HotStats profitability data, will support the development of tools designed to provide hotels with greater visibility into both revenue and profit performance. The company refers to this approach as "performance engineering," which focuses on total commercial performance.
The company also said the acquisition supports its goal of making advanced revenue and profit tools accessible to hotels of all sizes. FLYR Hospitality has established a strong presence among independent hotels and smaller hotel groups.
The acquisition also expands the range of commercial strategy options available to hotel operators. Duetto's configurable revenue management tools will now be complemented by FLYR Hospitality's fully automated revenue management system and business intelligence platform, allowing hotels to choose solutions that align with their operational needs.
"FLYR Hospitality's pricing science and plain-language BI are some of the best in the category, and combined with our own ML platform, world class RMS, and HotStats' data, we can give every hotelier, however sophisticated their team, however complex their portfolio, a genuine path to better performance," said Alex Zoghlin, CEO of Duetto.
"We acquired FLYR Hospitality for what its technology and talented team can do," Zoghlin said in a statement. "This is a bigger step toward the vision we have for Duetto: giving hoteliers the full picture of their commercial performance and the operational tools to act on it."
"What's impressed me most is how closely our vision for this industry lines up with Duetto's, and the shared commitment to innovation behind it," said Lukas Hughes, CPO of FLYR Hospitality. "Bringing our two worlds together will unlock a new phase of growth and make that vision a reality."
Duetto said existing customers of both companies will continue to receive ongoing support as the businesses are integrated.
