Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has entered into a partnership with EHVA.ai, adding the conversational AI platform to its Preferred Vendor Program.
The collaboration gives Bethesda, Md.-based Curator’s independent hotel members access to AI-driven front desk and guest service support designed to improve responsiveness and reduce operational strain. The platform is positioned to assist with handling guest inquiries, service requests and certain on-property bookings while integrating with property management and workflow systems.
“We are always searching for innovative partnerships that empower our members to not only compete, but thrive,” Brent Hayhurst, vice president of program development for Curator Hotel & Resort Collection, said in a statement. “Working with companies like EHVA.ai allows us to provide independent hotels with enterprise-level AI tools that address routine requests and calls and allow hotel teams to focus more of their time and attention on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.”
“Our partnership with Curator is about helping their members preserve that personalized hospitality while removing the operational strain behind the scenes,” added Jeffrey Schaffer, chief revenue officer of EHVA.ai.
According to the companies, EHVA.ai is capable of supporting continuous front desk call coverage, eliminating missed calls and maintaining consistent guest communications aligned with a hotel’s brand standards. Additional capabilities—including restaurant reservations and room booking modifications—are expected to roll out in future updates.
The technology is already in use at the 252-room Argonaut Hotel in San Francisco, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts. Reported results from the property include a significant reduction in front desk call volume, with the majority of calls handled without staff intervention, as well as full call coverage without hold times or abandoned calls.
EHVA.ai manages routine guest interactions such as housekeeping requests, Wi-Fi inquiries and room service orders, while also supporting more complex requests including late checkouts and valet services through system integrations, according to the Dorado, Puerto Rico-based supplier.
