Hotel technology platform providers Cloudbeds and GuestCentric have joined forces in an effort to boost direct bookings for independent hoteliers.
The partnership connects San Diego, Calif.-based Cloudbeds’ property-management systems with GuestCentric’s HyperCommerce cloud-based CRS to provide real-time synchronization with the goal of keeping rates, availability and inventory aligned for independent hoteliers. Hotels leveraging GuestCentric’s CRS capabilities have reported a 58 percent increase in direct bookings in 2025, according to the New York, N.Y.-based company.
“Independent hotels finally get tech that helps them run the hotel and win the guest,” Pedro Colaco, CEO of GuestCentric, said in a statement. “Direct revenue grows when PMS and CRS act as one. Cloudbeds powers operations. GuestCentric turns that strength into direct revenue. Together, independents control their entire guest experience, build stronger brands and convert more of the demand they create.”
“This partnership with GuestCentric removes the friction and gives independent hoteliers a competitive advantage,” said Adam Harris, CEO & co-founder at Cloudbeds. “It provides the same precision, reliability and revenue control as the biggest brands—without the baggage.
The companies operate across Latin America and Southern Europe, and the connection is available today for customers of both.
