Chichester Park Hotel moves to the cloud

The Chichester Park Hotel in Chichester, England, has deployed Infor hospitality-management products and Infor sales & catering, a fully integrated, event-management software product. The new cloud systems have streamlined and amalgamated key processes.

The 86-room hotel was looking for a new solution to replace its incumbent system that was unable to keep pace with the demands of the growing business. The property's team selected the platforms for their ease-of-use and the ability to integrate with other solutions and technologies.

According to the hotel, Infor HMS and SCS are already delivering benefits for the business, securing efficiency savings and providing insightful and accessible data. System integration gives the team comprehensive business visibility.
