Canary Technologies launches AI agent builder for hotels

Guest engagement technology provider Canary Technologies has launched an AI agent builder designed specifically for the hospitality industry.

Known as Hospitality AI Agent Studio, the new platform is designed to give hoteliers the tools to configure, build and deploy AI agents tailored to their operational needs. Built on San Francisco, Calif.-based Canary’s AI platform, the system allows teams to customize pre-built templates such as Front Desk, Concierge and Central Reservations agents, or develop their own.

“AI is fundamentally reshaping how hotels operate and serve guests,” SJ Sawhney, co-founder and president of Canary Technologies, said in a statement. “In addition to delivering AI-powered tools, we are giving hoteliers the ability to design and deploy their own intelligent agents across their operations. We're excited to help usher in this new era for agentic AI in hospitality.”

Hospitality AI Agent Studio supports both on-property and above-property use cases, enabling hotels to build AI-powered solutions for guest services, reservations, operations, sales and marketing, according to the company. The platform also has been designed to allow teams to create experiences for staff, owners and partners from a centralized system.
