Actabl introduces Digital Itineraries within Alice platform

Hospitality software specialist Actabl has launched Digital Itineraries within its Alice hotel operations platform, adding a live, interactive solution designed to replace paper-based guest itinerary workflows.

Digital Itineraries looks to consolidate any modifications to guests’ schedules into a single itinerary that reflects changes in real time throughout their stay. With the new platform hotel teams can customize itineraries with property-specific branding elements, including logos, colors and fonts and share them via email or SMS. Guests can access their itinerary on any device without downloading an app, and updates made by hotel staff appear immediately, according to the Atlanta-based company.

“Today’s guests expect hotel service to meet them where they are— on their phone, in real time, without friction,” Stephen German, SVP of product management at Actabl, said in a statement. “Digital Itineraries help hotels consistently deliver on that expectation by replacing paper-based processes with a live, interactive experience. Guests stay informed, and hotel teams can focus on service instead of managing updates.”

Beyond schedule visibility, the itineraries are interactive, allowing guests to tap into directions, phone numbers, websites and other details. The digital format also supports sustainability initiatives by reducing reliance on printed materials. Built-in features such as guest authentication and automatic expiration are designed to provide added security and ensure itineraries remain relevant.

Actabl further noted the addition of Digital Itineraries builds on the momentum of its concierge solution within the Alice platform.
