Accor has launched the ALL Accor app experience within ChatGPT, which is designed to help travelers search and explore the company’s portfolio of properties within the AI platform.
With the introduction, Accor becomes one of the first global hotel groups to integrate its booking and loyalty ecosystem into ChatGPT, according to the Paris-based company. The initiative reflects the group’s broader digital strategy around artificial intelligence.
“This introduction of the ALL Accor app on ChatGPT marks a pivotal moment for Accor,” Alix Boulnois, chief commercial, digital & tech officer at Accor, said in a statement. “We are fundamentally transforming how guests interact with our brands, leveraging cutting-edge capabilities to deliver greater convenience and personalization. This move strengthens our ALL Accor loyalty proposition and supports value creation across our global network for both guests and partners.”
Through ChatGPT, users can search for Accor hotels by destination, travel dates and number of guests, compare public and ALL loyalty-member rates, and access property-level information including room types, amenities and location details. When ready to complete a reservation, users are redirected to the ALL Accor booking platform for secure booking.
The ALL Accor app experience in ChatGPT is available in more than 20 languages and in markets where ChatGPT apps are supported. The functionality has been developed specifically for ChatGPT and operates separately from the ALL Accor mobile app.
