Mews launches AI-powered business intelligence platform

Hospitality operating system provider Mews has launched Mews Business Intelligence, a native analytics and AI-insights product designed to provide hoteliers with real-time visibility into performance.

The platform introduces embedded, self-serve analytics that are designed to help hospitality teams explore performance data and identify trends without manual reporting. It also includes AI-generated performance summaries that translate key property and portfolio metrics into plain language to support faster decision-making, according to the Amsterdam-based supplier.

The Adara Hotel—a boutique property in Whistler, British Columbia—was an early adopter that used Mews BI to analyze occupancy and average daily rate by room type. As a result, the hotel reports that it achieved a 20 percent increase in two-bedroom suite occupancy and a three-fold increase in winter revenue from one-bedroom suites. In addition, there was an 11 percent total revenue uplift during the spring shoulder season, alongside a $50 increase in ADR.

“We had data before, but it was manual and not detailed, just basic stats like overall ADR and date,” Rhys Davies, general manager of the Adara Hotel, said in a statement. “With Mews BI, everything is in one place.”

Mews BI features customizable dashboards through a drag-and-drop interface, designed to enable users to track KPIs across individual properties, portfolios, teams and stakeholders. Dashboards and reports can also be scheduled for automated delivery. In addition, the platform integrates internal hotel data with external sources such as OTAs and Google Ads, with the goal of providing a more unified view of commercial and operational performance.

Mews BI is now available to customers on the Mews Analytics and Enterprise packages. At launch, insight dashboards are also available to all customers, including those without Mews Analytics, at no additional cost. Support for hostels is planned for the second half of 2026.
