ROW NYC to reopen in May following multiyear renovation

Following a multiyear closure and full-property renovation, ROW NYC is poised to reopen on May 1.

The 1,300-room hotel returns to service with redesigned guestrooms, reconfigured public spaces, a new all-day café and bar, an updated fitness center and expanded guest programming. Located at the corner of 45th Street and Eighth Avenue in Times Square, the property offers walkable access to Broadway theaters, transportation hubs and major corporate offices.

Guestrooms have updated furnishings, custom millwork and revised layouts intended to support short and extended stays. Large windows provide views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline. Public areas, meanwhile, have been reconfigured to support flexible use throughout the day, including tiered seating, informal workspaces and multiple gathering zones.

The hotel’s lobby will be anchored by Percy All Day, a 90-seat café and bar named for photographer Percy Claude Byron. Additional guest initiatives will include neighborhood-oriented welcome experiences, wellness-focused amenities and seasonal cultural programming aligned with city-wide events.
