Remington Hospitality, in collaboration with end-to-end architecture, design and development firm Premier, as well as Pure Wellness, a leading provider of turnkey antiviral, antimicrobial and hypoallergenic hospitality solutions, has completed a comprehensive renovation of the Houston Marriott Sugar Land.
The hotel's recent transformation includes updated guestrooms, creating a modern and welcoming atmosphere for travelers to enjoy. This project includes the introduction of the first Pure Meeting Room, a meeting room enhanced with an air purification system from Pure Wellness, enhancing the hotel's appeal as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers with wellness top of mind.

Located 15 minutes southwest of downtown Houston, the property is in Sugar Land Town Square, a hub for dining, shopping and entertainment. Inspired by the area's historic sugarcane plant, the design has an organic color palette with green cane contrasting earthy hues. Sophisticated neutral tones, natural woods and soft brass finishes create a warm, tranquil space. Key design highlights include headboard wall murals, modern casegoods with tambour details, and custom elements on various suite floor plans to accommodate the diverse needs of guests.

The renovation also includes upgraded guestrooms with new 55-inch TVs with streaming services, energy-efficient HVAC and lighting systems and sleek furnishings. There is an outdoor pool and whirlpool, a modern fitness center and in-room dining options. The property also has more than 20,000 square feet of flexible banquet space.
