The Las Vegas Marriott has completed a comprehensive $25 million renovation, resulting in updated design, enhanced amenities and refreshed dining and meeting offerings.
The 274-room hotel is adjacent to the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center and near the Sphere Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Strip. The renovation encompassed nearly all areas of the 16-story hotel, including a full refresh of all guestrooms. Updates include contemporary finishes, upgraded furnishings and design elements targeting both business and leisure travelers.
“This comprehensive renovation represents a significant investment in elevating every aspect of our guest experience,” Keith Gamberg, general manager, Las Vegas Marriott, said in a statement. “From redesigned rooms to fully refreshed dining, entertainment and public spaces, we’ve transformed the property to meet the expectations of today’s Las Vegas traveler.”
Public areas were also updated as part of the project. The redesigned lobby and Greatroom now serve as a central gathering space. The hotel’s fitness center was renovated and upgraded with modern equipment and an updated layout.
Food and beverage offerings were expanded with the introduction of Sagebrush – American Public House, the hotel’s new signature restaurant and bar. In addition, the hotel added SB Market, a grab-and-go option offering coffee and quick dining selections.
The hotel also got a new meeting room, bringing the total meeting space to seven rooms and 3,731 square feet.
