The Holiday Inn Express Fargo (N.D.) West Acres has completed a renovation across its public spaces and guestrooms.
The property—which is across from West Acres Mall—operates under the InterContinental Hotels Group portfolio and is managed by Brandt Hospitality Group, a Fargo, N.D.-based hotel development and management company. The renovation was overseen by the in-house development team of Brandt Hospitality Group, which managed planning and project execution while the hotel remained in operation.
Updates include redesigned interiors, new furnishings and refreshed guest accommodations. Guestrooms feature updated beds and revised layouts, while shared areas incorporate additional power access and locally inspired design elements.
"Our recent updates have created a more intentional and welcoming environment for today's traveler," Jae Dewald, director of sales for the hotel, said in a statement. "Guests appreciate the fresh-ground coffee, additional plug-in access throughout shared spaces and subtle Fargo-inspired touches that make their stay feel both brand familiar yet uniquely local."
